As the level starts up, you should hear a goal ring sound. What you want to do is get a run up, and then press start and restart level just before you touch the goal ring. Go to the end of a level and find the goal ring, don't quite go in it yet. When you run towards it turn right, push X and double jump. On the first level there is a big round thing that you run around. In order to unlock the hub world for Eggmanland, you must defeat the final boss and beat the game. This is way better then tracking down Wentos and buying 99 hero sandwiches. Either boost to the rocks again and start over or jump and at the right time quickly press the Y button to go through them again. Wait 8 seconds and then they will reappear. Then do you see that line of rings there? Well press the Y button and you will use the light dash on them. Go to Chun-Nan and enter the Gaia gates, then go up the rocks on the right side. When it is over, your grade will be based on how fast you did it. You can use while flying there if desired. If done correctly, Super Sonic will fly towards Dark Gaia's middle eye. You will have to press a particular button a certain number of times to block it.

After you free the Gaia Colossus, Dark Gaia will shoot a laser at it. You will now have to press the correct buttons to save him using Super Sonic. Then Dark Gaia will grab the Gaia Colossus. When he is about to shoot, guard and move to a side to dodge it. Dodge or smash the rocks to reach Dark Gaia and get closer.
